I decided Cooper should create his first painting as a Father's Day gift. To recreate this is your home, you'll need:
a 7-month-old baby
a highchair
lots of poster paper
lots of masking tape
paper plates & plastic utensils
finger paints
a dropcloth
large quantities of water & soap
temporary loss of sanity (if you think this is a good idea, you already have this)

he looked so ready to tackle that project....and I can just see his mind working "come on, Mom, give up the plate, you can trust me"
....oh Sarah! Your posts about the dads had me tearing up.So sweet. Cooper's painting project was a fabulous idea! Start 'em young on those art projects!
